What if it is a dry heat?
Is there any chance of seeing a 92° dry heat in suburban Philly? Ever?
Still better if it's a dry cold. (Which today is.)
Well, yeah, 'cause you look good -- verily in your element -- in tweed or a British Shetland sweater. I'll choose the warmth as long as I still look good in a bikini.
